Paterson Pediatric Therapy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a female-owned and military spouse–owned company providing staffing services to school districts and employment opportunities for clinicians and educators.

1. Use of This Website

This Site is intended for informational and employment-related purposes only. You may browse, learn about our services, and submit inquiries or applications.

2. No Guarantee of Employment or Placement

Submitting an employment application or inquiry does not guarantee:

  • Placement within a school district

  • Continued employment or assignment duration

All hiring decisions are made at the sole discretion of Paterson Pediatric Therapy and/or participating school districts. Employment offers may be withdrawn at any time if required documentation, credentials, or background checks are not completed.

School districts that submit staffing requests understand and agree that:

  • Service availability is dependent on candidate availability

  • Rates, fees, and contract terms are subject to written agreement

  • We do not guarantee the performance or continued availability of any contractor or employee

  • All services must be governed by a signed contract between the district and Paterson Pediatric Therapy

This Site alone does not create a service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, branding, images, text, and design—is the property of Paterson Pediatric Therapy unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without written permission.

6. Privacy & Security
